How do I get insurance for my new At&t Tilt phone when the carrier will not insure it?
I recently purchased an At&t Tilt from a dealer location. The sales rep stated that I would be able to add insurance to the phone but when I called to do so, it was refused because “my phone is to high-end”. I have had them insure PDA’s for me in the past however, I was not able to convince the helpless customer service agent to assist me. I want coverage for this phone…please give me some other options.

Take out a renter’s policy and see if you can schedule it under a computer/electronics floater.
Even if you don’t pay rent, you can have a renter’s policy.
